Third Annual Mentorship Program Kicks Off on August 21
The program also focuses on creating a platform that enables the students to become transformational leaders of tomorrow by interacting and learning from the great leaders of today. The lectures, materials, assessments, and executive guidance delivered through the program are of tremendous value to the future development of the students.
The number of participants for the Annual Mentorship has increased this year thanks to the KenGen Employee Giver Initiative sponsoring 8 students, with 2 more being supported by the Foundation’s project partner Bamburi Cement Ltd.
