KenGen Foundation Hosts Alumni, Celebrates 10 Years of Education Scholarships.
A calm, yet exciting atmosphere fills the air as invited guests stream into the unbelievingly simple, yet elegantly decorated hall.
Soft tunes belt from the lead saxophone on stage as the guests mingle and get to know each other. An occasional burst of laughter is heard from one cocktail table or another. Old acquaintances are catching up after a long time, and new friends meet for the first time.
The event – a cocktail party to celebrate 10 years of KenGen Education Scholarship program as well as the launch of the alumni club.
A hundred guests or so are in attendance, the event hosted by the KenGen Foundation on November 5 at the RBS Silo Parking building. Among them KenGen managers, staff Givers, the Foundation partners and associates and of course the main guests of the day, the scholarships alumni from all parts of Kenya.
