The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees. The Board is responsible for overseeing the following:-
- Execution of the operational strategy of the foundation;
- Overall program and grant-making strategy;
- Overall fundraising strategy;
- Budget and investment strategies;
- Overall staff performance and impact.
